URS Welcomes New Associate Partner: Richard Wilson
Richard Wilson’s extensive military experience and commercial success make him a strong Universal Recruitment and Interim Solutions asset.
Universal Recruitment and Interim Solutions are pleased to announce the addition of a new associate partner: Richard Wilson.
Richard is the first associate to join our team. As an associate, his role is to help develop and enhance our client base, assist with candidate placement, and strengthen our community through connections with specialists from his own professional networks.
A former Army Reservist of 30 years, Richard is a specialist in UK operations and Army Reserve Officer Commissioning. We trust that his firsthand experience navigating the civilian employment market after military service (plus an inside understanding of the Armed Forces community) will be a real asset to ex-Forces personnel in the URS candidate database.
Richard has had a full and exciting commercial sales and marketing career in the wine and spirit industry. Building brands from the ‘bottom up’ and recognising people are the main asset to success.
A Warden and member of The Vintners Company (a City Livery Company), he trained in ‘General Agriculture’ at the School of Agriculture, Aberdeen retaining an interest/understanding of our rural economy in the UK, Richard is also a devotee of Scotland.
