At URS, we are passionate about helping Armed Forces community as they navigate through the civilian employment market. 

URS is very proud to support veterans and service leavers seeking second careers. We know employers value their work ethic, discipline, and wide range of transferable skills, so we dedicate a portion of our work to nurturing these professionals throughout their job search journeys.

We work with the Career Transition Partnership, the Forces Employment Charity and others to help the Armed Forces community on this journey.
