Nick enjoyed 18 years as an infantry officer, culminating in an operational tour and one final job in the MOD, before transferring to the civilian world. He served his ‘apprenticeship’ managing a warehouse and mobile phone distribution centre for Vodafone. Then after 12 years and 10 roles he set out as an independent contractor and has since worked with companies such as Rolls Royce, British Gas Business, Imperial Brands, GlaxoSmithKline, Vodafone UK and Falmouth University.
His specialist areas include: Programme / Project Management (APM qualified), Change Management (PROSCI Practitioner), Outsourcing, Office re-locations, Communications, HR/ER Transformations, and Sponsorship / Stakeholder management.
