URS Welcomes New Associate Partner: Nick Davies MBE

A seasoned change and project manager who brings diversity of thought from experience gained in a wide variety of sectors.

Universal Recruitment and Interim Solutions is delighted to announce the addition of a new associate partner: Nick Davis MBE

Nick is the fourth associate to join our team. As an associate, his role is to help develop and enhance our client base, assist with candidate placement, and strengthen our community through connections with specialists from his own professional networks.

Nick brings a vast array of experience to the URS team. He enjoyed 18 years as an infantry officer, culminating in an operational tour and one final job in the MOD, before transferring to the civilian world. He served his ‘apprenticeship’ managing a warehouse and mobile phone distribution centre for Vodafone. Then after 12 years and 10 roles he set out as an independent contractor and has since worked with companies such as Rolls Royce, British Gas Business, Imperial Brands, GlaxoSmithKline, Vodafone UK and Falmouth University.
